The aim of the center; To carry out all kinds of cell, tissue and organ transplantation practices in accordance with international quality and standards, continuously and as soon as possible with the cooperation of the relevant departments and departments of the university, to process all human tissues obtained from cadavers within the framework of the provisions of the relevant law and to treat the patients in need. to use for the purpose of transferring all kinds of cells and tissues to the patients, to ensure the production and application of all kinds of cells and tissues to the patients under the globally accepted GMP conditions, to raise awareness in every part of the society on cell, tissue, organ transplantation and organ donation and brain death, to cooperate with all institutions on cell, tissue and organ transplantation. to cooperate, to develop new techniques in cell, tissue and organ transplantation, to carry out scientific research and projects.

The Center carries out the following activities to achieve its purpose:

• To conduct research and examination on every subject related to cell, tissue and organ transplantation practices in the country and abroad, and to participate in and support such studies.
• To organize national and international courses, seminars, conferences, congresses, symposiums and similar activities on cell, tissue and organ transplantation applications.
• To establish a communication network with national and international organizations working on cell, tissue and organ transplantation.
• Contributing to the work of all institutions and organizations related to cell, tissue and organ transplantation practices, conducting research and research in line with their needs and demands, and preparing projects.
• To establish the laboratories required for research and practice and to carry out the necessary studies for the international accreditation of these laboratories.
• To prepare the stem cell laboratories required for cell and tissue transplantation in accordance with GMP conditions; to complete cell, tissue production and transfer under GMP conditions.
