In order to encourage our University Faculty Members for Scientific Activities; Our University in "Academic Promotion and Appointment Criteria on Procedures and Principles" A-1. When an article is published in the journals scanned by SSCI (Social Sciences Citation Index) and AHCI (Arts Humanities Index), SCI (Science Citation Index), SCI - Expanded (Science Cititation Index - Expanded) It was unanimously decided to encourage our Faculty Members who received a full (100%) salary to broadcast, by giving a full (100%) salary to the Faculty Members in the second and third place by half (50% salary, and a quarter (25%) salary to the Faculty Members in the other rank.
